Mass sightings over 18 months. Belgian Air Force scrambled F-16s on Mar 30, 1990 ā achieved radar lock 3 times, object accelerated from 150 to 1,120 knots instantly and dropped from 10,000ft to ground level in seconds. Official Belgian AF report acknowledged the phenomenon.

Two distinct events: a massive V-shaped craft traversed the state silently, followed by stationary orbs over Phoenix. Gov. Symington initially mocked the event, later admitted publicly he witnessed the craft and it was 'otherworldly.' USAF attributed flares ā contradicted by witness timelines.

OBJECT: White oblong 'Tic Tac' ā ~40ft, no wings/exhaust/rotors
SPY-1 radar tracked anomalous returns for 2 weeks. Tic Tac mirrored Fravor's descent, accelerated from hover to beyond visual range in <1 sec. FLIR1 video captured by separate aircraft. Object demonstrated speed, acceleration, and maneuverability far exceeding known technology. Released by DoD in 2017.

OBJECT: Dark grey metallic disc, ~6-24ft diameter, hovering
Disc hovered below cloud ceiling at 1,900ft above Gate C17 for ~5 minutes. Upon departure, shot vertically through overcast layer, punching a visible hole in the clouds. FAA initially denied reports, later confirmed via FOIA. No radar data retained.

Sphere tracked on radar moving at 158 knots at low altitude. FLIR footage captured object descending to ocean surface and entering the water with no debris, splash distortion, or wreckage. Submarine dispatched ā no recovery. Classified as 'transmedium vehicle' capable of air-to-water transition. Footage confirmed authentic by DoD spokesperson.

Analysis of 72 years of documented encounters reveals consistent observables across independent cases separated by decades and geography: instantaneous acceleration from hover to hypersonic velocity, trans-medium travel (air-to-water), absence of visible propulsion or aerodynamic surfaces, and apparent awareness of observer presence. These five observables were formally codified by AATIP director Luis Elizondo as the defining characteristics of genuine UAP.
