The UAP secrecy apparatus spans military commands, intelligence agencies, defense contractors, legislative bodies, and civilian research organizations across multiple nations and classification levels. Information flows through compartmentalized channels designed to prevent any single entity from possessing the complete picture.
Since 2017, a controlled disclosure process has fractured the firewall between classified programs and public awareness.
