Still enormous, but no longer planetary-scale. But the warp drive is only one possibility. The observed UAP characteristics may point to something more fundamental. The craft appear to have inertial mass cancellation, they accelerate at hundreds of g without structural failure and without harming any potential occupants. In general relativity, gravitational and inertial mass are equivalent. If you can locally modify the gravitational field, you modify inertia. This suggests not warp drive per se, but direct manipulation of the metric tensor at will, the ability to reshape spacetime geometry as an engineering discipline.
